Job Description

Position Responsibilities: Maintain and update the corporate website and e-commerce platforms Utilize WordPress and Salesforce/Account Engagement to manage web content Add and remove articles, support documents, events, training sessions, and other content Create and update pages as necessary Test and enhance website functionality, ensuring cross-browser compatibility Monitor sites for compatibility and security issues Design and build marketing landing pages, email templates, and web and social media graphics Collaborate with marketing team members, product managers, and sales managers to create effective digital assets Work with graphic designers and the social media team to create or edit graphics as needed Position Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years in web design and digital media creation, with strong portfolio Proficient in HTML and CSS coding, and familiar with creative response designs; can code without utilizing drag-and-drop builders like Dreamweaver Experience with Graphic Design Tools (eg, Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW or Affinity) Excellent project and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies Motivated, self-starter who can work with minimal direction Preferred: Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (eg., Google Analytics) Knowledge of CMS, CRM, and e-commerce systems (eg., WordPress, Joomla, Salesforce, HubSpot) Additional coding languages, such as MySQL, PHP, or JavaScript Experience with Salesforce and Account Engagement platforms Education/Certifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred. However, an Associate’s degree, relevant certificates, and work experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
