Job Description

Job Title: Virtual Hotel Reservationist 

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  1. Hotel Booking: Coordinate hotel reservations for clients and team members, sourcing suitable accommodations based on preferences, budget, and location.

  2. Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for hotel booking inquiries, maintaining clear and timely communication with clients, hotel representatives, and internal team members.

  3. Research: Conduct research on available hotels, rates, and amenities, providing recommendations and options to clients based on their specific needs and preferences.

  4. Reservation Management: Make hotel reservations, manage booking confirmations, and handle any modifications or cancellations as needed to ensure smooth and hassle-free stays.

  5. Budget Management: Monitor hotel budgets and expenses, negotiating deals and discounts with hotel partners to optimize costs while meeting client expectations.

  6. Documentation: Prepare and organize hotel documentation, including booking confirmations, reservation details, and payment information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  7. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve hotel-related issues or challenges, such as overbookings or room discrepancies, to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

  8. Client Support: Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing hotel inquiries, providing updates, and offering assistance throughout the booking process and during their stay.

  9. Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with additional hotel-related tasks and projects as assigned by management to support the overall success of travel planning operations.
