About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the user experience for our client's digital properties. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from conducting user research and creating wireframes to developing prototypes and collaborating with developers to bring your designs to life. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Translate product vision and user needs into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Conduct user research, including usability testing, customer interviews, and data analysis, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design solutions.
• Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, throughout the design and development process.
• Contribute to design documentation, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and a user-centered approach.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with user research and persona creation.
• Familiarity with analytics and usability testing tools.
• 5 years minimum experience.
