We're looking for a talented Transaction Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us continue to provide top-notch service to our clients.
As a Transaction Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in facilitating real estate transactions from start to finish, working closely with sellers, buyers, title companies, lenders, banks, and attorneys. You'll need to be an excellent communicator and highly organized, as you'll be responsible for managing multiple files and documents in a time-sensitive manner. Your outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, will help ensure that all parties are kept informed throughout the process and that the closing process goes smoothly.
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll work closely with our office staff to provide support on a variety of administrative tasks. This may include working with our payroll company, tracking data in spreadsheets, making phone calls, and other tasks as assigned. You'll need to be flexible and adaptable in this role, as your duties may change as needs arise.
Job Requirements:
Strong communication skills: You'll need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including sellers, buyers, title companies, lenders, banks, and attorneys.
Excellent organizational skills: You'll be responsible for managing multiple files and documents in a time-sensitive manner, so you'll need to be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: You'll be working with spreadsheets and other documents, so proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must.
Customer service experience: You'll need to be comfortable interacting with customers and providing exceptional customer service, ideally with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
Real estate industry experience is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position, with an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday. In addition to a competitive salary of $807.69 per week, we also offer commission pay and opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.
