Company Overview:

SOS Wayne Location is proud to offer our BCBAs a good work/life balance. Each BCBA is assisted by an intern and has a max caseload of 12 full-time clients. You will work within the center Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. You will rarely take work home.

Upon hire, our corporate office provides a two-week training program that will ensure your ability to communicate with insurance companies, use our data collection program, and provide top-notch service to our clients. Once a month, our corporate office has training meetings to further your knowledge base and share ideas. SOS will pay for you to become a certified QBS Safety Care instructor. SOS also offers an annual CEU allowance to our BCBAs for professional development.

SOS Managers will create the daily schedules for your behavior techs and clients. You will be responsible for training your team of behavior technicians and directly supervising them with clients. SOS is proud to have full billing transparency; nothing is billed without your signature. 

SOS is a quickly growing national franchise, which gives you many opportunities to move up to Clinical Director or Regional Director! Being part of a franchise also gives you the option of transferring to a different location, if you need to move away. 

 

Job Description:

  • You MUST have a master’s degree in ABA Therapy and at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field.
  • You may join as a Full-time (FT) employee.
  • Work In-Center Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
  • Create and Supervise Individualized, research-based client programs.
  • TRAIN and SUPERVISE Behavior Technicians, Interns and RBTs in-center. 
  • Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc).
  • Develop and implement parent training and support programs.
  • Provide support and mentorship for Behavior Technicians.
  • Develop, manage, and oversee Progress Reports and Treatment Plans.
  • You'll work with families to understand pain points and optimize the patient journey from first contact to the start of care to off-boarding.
  • Constantly improve the quality of care delivered to our families.
  • Insurance correspondence. (pre-auth requests). 


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Maintains BACB Certification. /Maintains State Certification. / Maintains NPI number.
  • Maintains BLS / CPR certification.
  • Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training.
  • Maintains updated CAQH account.
  • No criminal background.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.


Expectations:

  • Provide high-quality care to our clients.
  • Follow CEO and Office Manager’s advises as per Franchise needs. 
  • Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB.
  • Maintains client privacy.
  • Directly reporting to Clinical Director.
  • The selected candidate will need to travel initially to Houston, TX for 2 weeks of training.


Benefits:

  • Salary/compensation will be based on experience - $85,000.00 to $105,000.00.
  • 10 vacation days per year.
  • 10 holidays per year. (7 holidays and 3 floating holidays).
