Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules
• Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process
• Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
• Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
• Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met and paperwork is accurately processed.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, clients, and third parties to coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the transaction process.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for each transaction, keeping all parties informed of progress and updates regularly.
• Analyze market trends and data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making in real estate transactions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of office systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing
• Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
• High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
• Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
• Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
• 3+ years of experience in real estate transaction management.
• 1+ year(s) of RE Investment or Land Development experience.
• Business Degree Preferred.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
