Stephen Swank is the Founder and President of Blue Banana Properties LLC, a prominent, multi-pronged real estate firm with national reach. Stephen began acquiring properties shortly after graduating from the University of Washington in 1988. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance and an emphasis in Real Estate, following a stint in insurance sales, he began working for a real-estate developer in King County, Washington assisting as a Home Inspector. Since then, he has purchased, sold, and brokered over 1,000 properties predominantly in Central Florida alongside his wife and a small team of dedicated, incisive decisionmakers, with additional operations in the purchase and resale of NPLs in Washington, California, and Texas. BBP's current focus is the acquisition of residential properties with the objective of expanding into the North Florida region, spearheaded by our Director of Sales, Xun Zhu. Responsibilities As a Property Sales Field Assistant at Blue Banana Properties, you will work closely with our Director of Sales, assisting in various aspects of brokerage operations.
