What You'll Do:

Manage a full caseload of probate litigation matters.
Meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert legal advice.
Draft pleadings, administer depositions, and handle all aspects of discovery.
Conduct legal research and write persuasive motions.
Make court appearances, argue motions, and participate in trials.
Interview witnesses, draft agreements, and negotiate settlements.
Attend mediations and arbitrations.
Perform other related activities as needed.
What You'll Bring:

Active license to practice law in California (Required).
Excellent academic credentials.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Exemplary client service skills with prompt response times.
Desire to make court appearances, argue motions, and actively participate in hearings.
6-16 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in probate, wills, trust, and estate litigation (Required).
Detail-oriented with strong drafting and negotiating skills.
Ability to communicate legal subject matter clearly to non-attorneys.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to manage workflow independently and meet deadlines.
Courtroom experience is preferred.
Knowledge of the California Code of Civil Procedure.
