Paralegal/ Executive Assistant
WENTZVILLE, MO

Midtown Home Improvements is looking to hire a Paralegal/ Executive Assistant for our growing team. We are a family-owned and operated company that is celebrating our 32nd year of business. Each team member receives hands-on training directly from our executive leadership and access to proprietary training tools and material.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handling day to day requirements of CEO

- Coordinating schedule and travel / limited travel

- Proofing / editing documents and contracts

- Real estate maintenance coordination

- Spreadsheet / statistical data revisions

Required Skills:

- Resourcefulness

- Accuracy

- Project Efficiency/ Timeliness

- Assertiveness

- Excellent competency in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite / Microsoft Teams

Preferred Skills:

- Bi-Lingual

- Travel Background

- Emphasis in Real Estate Transactions / Contracts
