Job Description

JOB FAIR: Home Depot Outside Sales Representative 

Are you passionate about building relationships and looking to get your foot in the door with a growing company? Join us at our Virtual Job Fair to discover exciting opportunities as a Home Depot Outside Sales Rep. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation plan, benefits package, and 401k! 

In this role, you will be promoting and growing Thomasville and other MasterBrand cabinet lines in Home Depot home improvement stores while capturing market share from existing competitors. 

Position: Home Depot Outside Sales Rep 
When: 9/30 from 11am-3pm EST. 

What You'll Do: 

• Grow & maintain MasterBrand sales for Home Depot stores in the CO area

• Train and become mentors for new Home Depot in-store designers

• Build relationships and generate sales from existing in-store designers 

• Assist designers in closing store sales

• Manage sales visits to each store in the territory.  This requires the ability to travel frequently with some possible overnights to cover the entire territory.  

Qualifications

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• A friendly and professional demeanor. 

• Strong problem-solving abilities. 

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and positive attitude.
