Village Green Llc in Spring, TX is looking for one remote marketing manager to join our 24 person strong team.
Job Summary: The Remote Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and content, to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development & Execution:
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support customer retention.
- Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to grow the company’s online presence.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to adjust strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Content Marketing:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and website copy, ensuring alignment with brand voice and target audience.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce engaging, SEO-optimized content.
- Lead Generation & Campaign Management:
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns through channels such as email marketing, social media, PPC (pay-per-click), SEO, and webinars.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Work with the sales team to ensure that leads are properly nurtured and handed off for conversion.
- Social Media Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that funds are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
- Optimize spend on paid media campaigns (PPC, social ads, etc.) and other marketing channels.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Lead a small team of marketing specialists or contractors, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, techniques, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficient with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling marketing content and messaging.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with B2B marketing or SaaS (Software as a Service) is a plus.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a bonus.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
