Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in our property management operations by assisting prospective tenants in finding their ideal home and ensuring a positive leasing experience. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting property tours, processing lease applications, and maintaining strong tenant relationships. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property tours and highlight the features and benefits of available units.

Assist prospective tenants with the application and leasing process.

Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the property and leasing terms.

Maintain records of tenant communications and leasing activity.

Ensure a positive move-in experience for new tenants.

Address tenant concerns and coordinate with maintenance staff as needed.
Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of leasing and property management processes is a plus.
Prior experience in a leasing or sales role is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in using computer software for data entry and communication.
