A renowned fine dining Italian restaurant is seeking a creative, passionate Executive Chef to lead their flagship location and take ownership of kitchen operations. What You'll Do as Executive Chef:

• Lead: Manage and inspire the culinary team to deliver excellence.
• Create: Develop authentic Italian dishes using top-quality ingredients.
• Collaborate: Work with management on special events and catering services.
• Take ownership: Oversee kitchen operations and be the driving force for culinary innovation.

What You Need:

• 5+ years as an Executive Chef in Italian fine dining and catering .
• Proven expertise in Italian culinary traditions, ingredients, and modern techniques.
• Leadership skills to run a busy kitchen and motivate a talented team.
• Creativity to design innovative, authentic Italian dishes.
• A culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred.
