Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Supervisor to oversee our team and ensure the efficient and effective operation of our HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC mechanics and mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage HVAC service team.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets, invoices, and reports.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide training to team members.
• Manage inventory and order supplies and equipment as needed.
• Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints.
• Meet & exceed KPI goals that include sales forecast, average daily revenue per truck.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC service manager or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance, Installs, and repair.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle emergency situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatching CRM software.
• Solutions focused client first mind set.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
