Senior Manager, HRIS

Position Overview
The Senior Manager, HRIS will oversee the HR Information Systems function, ensuring the effective management and integration of HR technologies to support organizational goals. This role will focus on enhancing HR processes, data management, reporting, and analytics to drive operational excellence. Extensive Workday HCM experience is a hard requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HRIS team in the implementation and maintenance of HR technology solutions, specifically Workday.
• Manage system integration and ensure seamless data flow between HR applications.
• Develop and oversee HR reporting and dashboard analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and policies in system processes and data management.
• Collaborate with IT support to troubleshoot and resolve system issues as they arise.
• Conduct regular training sessions for HR staff on HRIS functionality and updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for HR processes and technology utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, with a focus on Workday ecosystem.
• Prior management experience required for this role.
• Workday HCM Pro Certification is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
• Proven experience in data management, reporting, and analytics.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
