ABOUT THE ROLE
Citadel CPM is in search of experienced Healthcare Construction Project Manager and Senior Healthcare Construction Project Managers to join our team. In this role, you will provide project management for multiple healthcare projects including Make Ready Projects, Renovations or New Construction.



ABOUT YOU
A Project Manager professional with minimum of 5 years and a Senior Project Manager professional with minimum 8 years of experience in project/construction management and concurrent field construction experience. Able to manage and coordinate all aspects of mid-to-large sized design and construction for healthcare projects overseeing all the trades. Create/implement project plans, monitor progress and ensure quality and compliance.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


  • Project management experience in a contractor/design environment, which included Projects, Renovations & New Construction program management experience as an owner representative.
  • The ability to independently manage multi-dollar project planning, design, procurement, and construction efforts from start to finish.
  • Knowledge of current city, state, federal laws and regulations as they apply to health care construction projects. Knowledge of code and regulatory aspects of design, construction, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with senior management owners and stakeholders from various departments.
  • Manage and define project scope, goals and deliverables that support client goals and mission
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team in collaboration with senior management.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; track project milestones and deliverables; develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
  • Conduct post project reviews and create recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.
  • Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
  • Manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Managed/executed multiple delivery methods experience: Design-Bid-Build/Design-Build/CMAR or GCCM. Knowledgeable in contract management (GMP/lump sum) project delivery method.

  • Knowledge of LEED.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Experienced and knowledgeable in the management of medical/healthcare design and construction projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Certification/Registration/License

  • A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect or Professional Engineer by the State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
  • Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential.

In compliance with the local law, we are disclosing compensation, or a range therefore for location where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, licenses, skill set, experience and/or performance. Base pay is only one component of Citadel’s total compensation packages for employees.


Pay range for the Healthcare Construction Project Manager is $120,000 - $135,000 salary per year.

Pay range for the Senior Healthcare Construction Project Manager is $135,000 - $150,000 salary per year.
