Position Overview As the General Manager, you will lead all dealership operations, driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role requires a proven leader who can develop high-performing teams, implement strong sales and service processes, and ensure profitability while maintaining a customer-first culture. This position requires strong collaboration with the executive leadership team to align dealership operations with the company’s broader strategic vision. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and management team. Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing effective strategies. Oversee all dealership departments, including sales, service, finance, and fixed operations. Foster a customer-focused culture and deliver an outstanding dealership experience. Optimize inventory management, pricing strategies, and market positioning. Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and track performance.
