We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in organizing and executing a variety of events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about event planning and coordination, demonstrating a keen understanding of the logistical aspects involved in producing successful events. 

Pay:

$20.50 - $31.50 per hour

Job:

Full time 

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning and execution of various types of events
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals
• Manage event registrations and guest communications
• Assist in creating event materials such as brochures, signage, and agendas
• Support event setup and breakdown processes.
• Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
