Aloha Print Group is a woman-owned and locally operated business to business digital print company located in the Chicago loop. We have been established for over 22 years, and service clients from marketing firms to hospitality to national companies. We produce small and large format projects for a variety of vertical markets.
We are adding a new role of Estimator to our organization. This person would be primarily responsible for preparing accurate, timely and detailed cost estimates for client print projects based on input from Customer Service and Production Departments.
If you enjoy problem solving, using math daily, and have attention to detail this is the right challenge for you.
Responsibilities:
Receive job details from Customer Service and/or Production.
Review job details and apply knowledge of pricing and production to ensure that all aspects of the customer's project have been addressed and accounted for.
Work with Customer Service to gather missing/incomplete information required to price a job.
Work independently on the best way to produce projects.
Work with outside vendors when parts of a project may need to be outsourced.
Use pricing systems/software to assist in building pricing scenarios.
Review historical projects to determine the new estimate.
Review invoice for accuracy once project is completed.
Maintain data in MIS system related to costs and pricing.
