Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Epic Ambulatory Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the Epic Ambulatory module, ensuring optimal functionality and performance to meet the needs of our healthcare providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Implementation and Configuration: Implement and configure the Epic Ambulatory module according to organizational requirements.
• User Support: Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective utilization of the Epic Ambulatory system.
• Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users, and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and workflows.
• Workflow Optimization: Analyze and optimize clinical workflows to enhance efficiency and patient care quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers, IT staff, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the Epic system meets their needs.
• Upgrades and Updates: Manage system upgrades, patches, and updates to ensure the Epic Ambulatory module remains current and functional.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with the Epic Ambulatory module.
• Certification: Epic Ambulatory certification is required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare IT standards.
