Responsibilities of the Entry Level Business Development Representative: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Anticipate and address sales questions with clients.
  • Use persuasive selling techniques to guide the conversation toward a favorable outcome.
  • Present pricing, payment options, and any special promotions to entice potential customers to make a purchase.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, including addresses visited, outcomes, and any follow-up required.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to assist and a commitment to their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in training programs designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations, policies, and procedures
 

Entry Level Business Development Representative Position Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. 
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail preferred. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and explaining product features.
  • Genuinely interested in helping customers find the right products or sales solutions.
  • Efficiently managing time, prioritizing tasks, and handling multiple customer interactions are key.
