Job Description

Direct Agents is seeking an experienced and strategic Creative Project Manager to join our vibrant team of design-centric and entrepreneurial minds. 

We're seeking someone who thrives on experimentation, adapts swiftly, and is eager to make a significant impact as a strategic partner. 

THE ROLE

Creative Strategy: 

  • Dream up, develop, and launch innovative marketing strategies that align with our clients’ business goals.
  • Amplify brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through irresistible content and genuine partnerships.

Campaign Execution:

  • Lead the creative department's daily operations and manage the end-to-end execution of exciting campaigns.
  • Ensure smooth project management, timely delivery, and clear measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

New Business Development:

  • Team up with sales and business development to create winning pitches and proposals.
  • Shine in client presentations and RFP responses, showcasing your creative and influencer marketing expertise.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to produce high performing creative and help grow our client relationships. 

DESIRED BACKGROUND

  • 3+ years of rocking the creative services world, including creative strategy.
  • Deep understanding of creative performance, platform trends, and vertical expertise in performance and growth marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing creative services and design teams, with a focus on social asset design, short form video, copywriting, and website design.
  • A track record of success in creative sales, including developing and executing sales strategies and upselling for creative services.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the knack to craft unique and compelling messaging.
  • Experience with project management software and understanding of creative tools  including emerging areas in generative AI and opportunities for efficiency.
  • Ability to drive “big picture” business goals and achieve measurable business outcomes with high attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Self-motivated, initiative-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and managing user-generated content (UGC) is a plus but not required.

This role is based in our NYC office and you must reside or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of the office for this role.
