Job Description

Job Summary: The CNA at HR Employer Solutions Group will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a medical setting. . Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional
• Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with feeding and toileting as needed
• Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Ensure patient rooms are clean and organized
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Attend training and educational programs to maintain CNA certification
• Other duties as assigned by the supervising healthcare professional

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CNA certification in the state of Florida
• Previous experience in healthcare or long-term care facility is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, standing, and bending
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
