Client Relations and Support Specialist

Location: Austin, Texas

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Relations and Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our clients fully understand and appreciate the value of our services, maintain strong relationships, and consistently receive exceptional support. The ideal candidate will excel at fostering client loyalty, driving repeat and referral business, and addressing client needs with a positive, solution-oriented approach.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Austin, TX. We’re looking for someone who loves the remote-work lifestyle and still wants the occasional (1-2x/month) in-person interaction. Initial training will be done in person.

Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm CT, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Educate clients about our services, ensuring they understand and appreciate the value we provide.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and proactive communication.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, turning potential negatives into positives.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of billing, payroll, and support tasks.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather testimonials, referrals, and online reviews.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in our services.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding clients and virtual assistants, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
  • Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate client records and communications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the staffing or recruiting industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
