The company is seeking a skilled Bridge Foreman to oversee bridge construction projects.

Job Description: They are looking for an experienced Bridge Foreman to lead and manage bridge construction crews. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bridge construction, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of construction practices and safety regulations. This role involves coordinating with project managers, supervising crews, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of bridge construction crews.
* Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient construction.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.
* Schedule and coordinate work with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
* Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
* Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
* Ensure all equipment and materials are used efficiently and maintained in good working condition.
* Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory agencies to ensure proper permits and approvals are in place.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in bridge construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of bridge construction methods, materials, and equipment.
* Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to bridge construction.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle physical tasks.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Additional certifications in bridge construction or safety.
* Experience with large-scale heavy civil construction projects.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
