Job Description

Position: Remote B2B Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from any quiet space with a reliable internet connection. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct phone outreach to business executives, introducing them to various products and services on behalf of our clients.
Close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Improve your sales skills through comprehensive training and regular coaching sessions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in appointment setting.
Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills tailored to sales (not customer service).
A persuasive, confident speaker with the ability to engage executives.
Quick learner with a strong drive for success.
Ability to work remotely with a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive W2 structure with a base salary and uncapped commissions. On-target earnings (OTE) of around $46,800 per year, with successful team members typically earning between $43,950 and $58,000+ for full-time positions.
