About the Role

TWE seeks an Associate Digital Asset Manager to support and manage digital assets within the existing DAM (Digital Asset Management) platform, ensuring that all Treasury America's digital assets are accurately uploaded and tagged, enabling efficient retrieval and adherence to all global governance policies. We will consider applicants anywhere in the U.S. Preference given to those located in California's Bay Area.

You will be responsible for-

Asset Management:
1. Uploading and tagging digital assets with accurate and comprehensive metadata.
2. Ensuring all assets adhere to DAM governance, including file naming conventions and permissions.
3. Conducting regular audits to identify and rectify missing or incorrect metadata.
4. Determining which products should be sent to sales sites by reviewing appropriate fields.
5. Following all archiving rules, pre-load expiration dates, and archive assets meeting the criteria.
6. Creative problem solving to ensure assets are readily available to sales clearly and in full including the development of portals for ease of use internally and externally.
7. Collaboration with Trade Education team to ensure timely connectivity to TRU platform.

CGI Bottle Shot Process:
1. Managing the CGI bottle shot process, including taking requests from content owners and briefing CGI vendor.
2. Looking up information to identify and pull appropriate files for submission to vendors.
3. Communicating effectively with vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of requests.
4. Performing simple cropping of labels for upload to the DAM.
5. Paying monthly invoice in a timely manner, keeping project records for business chargeback.

Governance and Compliance:
1. Ensuring all DAM activities comply with established global governance policies and procedures.
2. Maintaining meticulous records and documentation for all assets and processes.
3. Training new in region users
4. Being the point of contact for America's region for Digital Asset mgt.
5. Providing User Management and Technical Support assistance, as required
6. Strict adherence to any licensing agreements over the lifecycle of an asset.

About You

* You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with 1-2 of those years of direct experience in digital asset management.
* You have strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
* You are proficient in using Digital Asset Management systems.
* You are experienced with metadata tagging, file naming conventions, and DAM governance.
* You have basic image editing skills (cropping) and familiarity with CGI processes.
* Ability to work independently and remotely.
* Experience in wine or beverage/alcohol industry is a plus, but not required.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $77,000 to $96,000 per year and a target bonus and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work in our target markets listed on this posting. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
