In this role you will manage either the Softline's (Clothes and Accessories) or Hardlines (Home and Decor) and help drive sales by managing the cleanliness, merchandising and stock execution. You will execute all Ross merchandising updates and validate that the stock team is executing merchandising standards correctly. In the absence of the Store Manager you will act as the Manager-On-Duty and run the overall store operations. Ross is a growing company opening approximately 100 stores per year.
