JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title:Administrative Assistant

Department:Specialized Operations

Location: Greeley, CO JBS Carriers

Reports to:Specialized Manager

Principle Responsibilities:

• Manage the assets/reports of the specialized division
• Manage and complete weekly revenue reports for the specialized division each Tuesday.
• Manage daily EDI Loads
• Monthly and Weekly P&L reports
• Manage weekly equipment lists for share point.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, mailings, e-mailings, etc.
• Manage multi-line phone system.
• Prepare period/quarterly Cattle number reports.
• Assist in preparation of numerous reports and contracts.
• Maintain and organize files.
• Create and maintain numerous databases and excel sheets.
• Assist in answering phones, bookkeeping, data entry and operation of office machinery.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Software and Excel.
• Able to perform in an efficient and effective manner, with a focus on detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
• Ability to apply good judgment and professional integrity in decision making.
• Ability to manage multi-line phone system.
• Strong customer service and data entry skills.
• Transportation and dispatch experience is a plus.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
 

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

• Base salary range of $20.00 per hour
