About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Account Lead to join our team, dedicated to fostering partnerships and driving growth within mass or drug retail accounts. The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing accounts such as Walmart, Walgreens, or CVS. This role involves a multifaceted approach to wholesale revenue and performance management, encompassing relationship cultivation, strategic marketing, and budget oversight. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, adept project management, and adaptability to change are pivotal aspects of this position.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate and manage partnerships with mass retailers and broker partners, overseeing key launches, space allocation, and inventory management.
Foster positive relationships with retailers to align priorities, strategize, and resolve challenges effectively.
Proactively drive performance within key accounts to optimize sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities.
Take ownership of all marketing calendars associated with the channel, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams for successful execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, data, and marketing teams to achieve shared goals.
Drive strategic growth initiatives within the channel, employing a thoughtful and results-driven approach.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within mass retail environments.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven ability to deliver impactful presentations and strategic plans to influence clients.
Track record of driving business growth within existing partnerships and successfully launching new collaborations.
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously with efficiency and effectiveness.
Strong communication skills, both in receiving and delivering feedback constructively.
